This "holy wine" is certainly a rare, special treat! A semi-sweet delight from Tuscany made from a blend of Sangiovese, Malvasia, and Trebbiano, this Vin Santo was aged for six years in very small barrels (known as Caratelli). Drink it now, or age it even longer to continue to enjoy the aromas of cherries, candied pecans, and a slight walnut finish.
