With no male descendents in this family, five women in a row have taken the helm at Chateau Dudon. Currently run by Evelyne Allien, it's been in her family since 1868. This vibrant, luscious Sauteurnes is alive with aromas of pineapple, honeydew, and citrus peel, while the palate is like a confit of orchard-fresh peaches, lychees, and nectaries.
