100% Mondeuse grapes from a 0.4 hectare lieu-dit (small plot) in the foothills of the French alps. 10 day whole berry maceration, 12 month bottle maturation on fine lees in 228 - 500L barrels. Drinks like a cru beaujolais and is extremely drinkable at 10% abv!
